By accessing or using the Skyzenix Technology website (https://skyzenix.com), engaging our software engineering services, purchasing our training programs, or interacting with our digital solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Skyzenix Technology provides high-performance engineering solutions, including:

• Full-Stack Web & Mobile Application Development.
• Custom Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Integration.
• Cloud Architecture, DevOps, and Infrastructure Optimization.
• Technical Training, Developer Bootcamps, and Mentorship Programs.
• Detailed deliverables, project milestones, and sprint timelines will be specified in respective Statements of Work (SOW) or engagement contracts.

Client Deliverables: Upon complete payment of all agreed fees, clients receive full ownership rights to custom software deliverables created specifically for them.

• Skyzenix Retained Materials: Skyzenix retains all rights to its pre-existing libraries, developer toolkits, algorithms, design systems, and proprietary framework components utilized across projects.
• Website Content: All logos, trademarks, branding, copy, and graphics on skyzenix.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Skyzenix Technology and protected under international copyright law.

When interacting with our systems, platforms, or training portals, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary Skyzenix tooling.
• Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or excessive traffic loads designed to disrupt services.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or unlawful, infringing, or defamatory materials.
• Share or redistribute restricted course materials or enterprise credentials without explicit written consent.

Pricing, billing milestones, and payment terms are documented in individual service agreements or program checkout pages:

• Invoices must be settled in accordance with agreed payment milestones.
• Late payments may lead to temporary suspension of development sprints or deliverable handover.
• All stated prices are exclusive of statutory taxes unless otherwise indicated.

Both Skyzenix Technology and our clients agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, project architectures, business data, and customer records disclosed during the course of any business engagement.

While we strive for technical perfection and adhere to rigorous QA standards, our digital services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Skyzenix Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime or third-party cloud outages.
• Our aggregate financial liability in connection with any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by the client under the specific engagement contract in question.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the specific termination clauses of their executed contract or Statement of Work. Upon termination, client obligations to settle outstanding invoices for work completed up to the date of termination remain in effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
